At Sleek Casing, we exclusively ship to countries within Europe. We partner with Sendcloud to ensure the most efficient and reliable shipping methods, automatically selecting the best available courier for each destination.

We currently ship to the following countries within Europe:
✔ The Netherlands
✔ Belgium
✔ Germany
✔ France
✔ Spain
✔ Italy
✔ Other EU countries (availability subject to Sendcloud shipping coverage)

We do not ship outside of Europe at this time.

Shipping fees are determined based on:

  • Destination country

  • Parcel weight and size

  • Selected shipping service

Exact shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on Sendcloud’s rates and courier availability.

Delivery times vary depending on the shipping destination and selected courier. Estimated timeframes:

  • The Netherlands & Belgium: 1-3 business days

  • Germany & France: 3-5 business days

  • Other EU countries: 5-10 business days

Please note that these estimates are not guaranteed and may be subject to delays due to courier issues, customs processing, or peak seasons.

 

  • Orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email to monitor the shipment’s progress. Tracking information is provided through Sendcloud’s integrated system and may take up to 24 hours to update.

While we strive to ensure timely deliveries, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control. If your package has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please:

  1. Check your tracking link for updates.

  2. Allow an additional 5 business days for possible courier delays.

  3. If your package is still missing, contact us at hello@sleekcasing.com for further assistance.

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us at hello@sleekcasing.com within 48 hours of delivery with:

✔ Photos of the damaged packaging and item
✔ Your order number

We will review and assist with a suitable resolution.

For shipments to EU countries, there are no additional customs fees or import taxes. If your country has specific import regulations that may result in additional charges, the customer is responsible for covering these costs.
