Returns, Refunds & warranty
We strive to deliver top-quality products, but if you need to return an item, we offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery.
To qualify, products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
Important Return Guidelines:
- Items that have been opened or used are not eligible for return.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- A 15% restocking fee applies to all returned products.

Made an incorrect selection? We offer exchange options to help you get the right model or color.
Exchange Requirements:
- Exchanges are available for unused and unopened products only.
- The customer is responsible for both return and reshipping fees.
- Contact hello@sleekcasing.com with your order number to request an exchange.
Once your returned item is received and inspected, refunds or exchanges will be processed within 5-7 business days.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method, minus the restocking fee and shipping costs.
We believe in the durability of our products, which is why we offer a 6-month limited warranty from the purchase date.
What Our Warranty Covers:
- Manufacturing defects that impact product functionality.
- Quality issues unrelated to normal use or accidental damage.
What’s Not Covered:
❌ Accidental drops, improper usage, or normal wear and tear.

Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with warranty claims.
